Webgraphics are sent by email in a zipped file. If necessary, the zipfile will be uploaded to my server for retrieval in the event your mail server rejects the attachment for some reason. All outgoing email is scanned for viruses to ensure your safety.If you desire to receive your downloadable product on a cd, you understand that the CD burning service option is available to you at an additional fee + shipping costs.
Returns / Refunds:
Due the nature of my products (downloadable files) and because the products cannot be returned, DowdyDoodles.com cannot issue refunds on our products.
